- Manage bank and credit card feeds and transactions and their reconciliations
- Follow up with customers and vendors on payments and open transactions
- Manage and file sales tax returns (CT and NY only)
- Run payroll
- Workers Compensation and General Liability Audits
- Work with CPA to complete tax returns and annual audits
- Set up new QuickBooks (or similar) accounting systems for new business
- Train clients how to use QuickBooks (online or desktop) May include pizza and wine
- Clean-up projects of inaccurate or incomplete books and records
